Job Description

Soucy Track, world leader in rubber track systems for agricultural vehicles, is looking to add a new member to his warehouse facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Under the supervision of Head of Customer Experience, Track Systems, the employee will be responsible for the order preparation and inventory management of the Jonesboro warehouse, while supporting customers with a high level of service. His/Her main duties will be: Systems Specialist: After training, have vast knowledge of our Soucy internal systems. Will manage inventory transfers, maintain proper inventory levels, and communicate daily so that parts are always in stock at Warehouse. Order Processing: Fulfill and prepares orders ready for shipment listed in our logistics management software. Prepares the required documentation (pick list, packing slip, bill of lading). Packs goods to be shipped. Inventory management: Logs all inventory in the warehouse every month. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents. Unpack goods received, and stores them into inventory. Record shortages and reject damaged goods. Coordinates with head office for restocking. Shipping Logistics: Coordinates internal and external shipments between head office, customers and the warehouse. Contact shipping providers to coordinate pickup times and delivery times. Customer Support: Coordinate with customers to confirm shipping details or resolve shipping issues. Support customers for technical part requests.

Job Requirement and Specific knowledge
  • High School diploma. An Associate’s degree would be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of an ERP system
  • Good knowledge of shipping documentation (i.e. Bill of lading)
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical components
  • Ability to lift up to 70lb
  • Ability to use mechanical tools
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and serve customers in a fast paced environment

The position consists of shop work and daily travel; Some USA overnight travels and occasional travel outside of USA (Mostly Canada).
