WHAT IS THE JOB? You join an innovative company, in agile mode, of 200+ employees, with international influence, with factories in Shanghai (China) & St-Jerome (QC) and still growing after 50 years. The small Business Development & Marketing team is working hard to support this growth. In the midst of a digital shift, you will be the supervisor of the "Customer Experience Hub" team to lead the onboarding point for prospects and their requests. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR TIME MOBILIZE THE TEAM TO ORCHESTRATE SALES INITIATIVES ... BECAUSE YOU ARE THE KEY IN THE EXECUTION
  • You see to the execution and compliance of all transactional aspects with international customers.
  • You lead the efforts of retention, loyalty and management of the product / customer portfolio.
  • You manage the flow of requests, coming from traditional and technological tools, and ensure the necessary follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
  • You fully contribute to the management of the “Sales funnel” via our CRM Sales Force.

  • You participate in the implementation of key indicators for the department
  • You analyze monthly sales reports, analyze the evolution of the product / customer portfolio.

Requirements

WHAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR BELLY

  • Relevant diploma where you learned the theory of business management and marketing
  • 5 years of experience in coordinating internal sales and customer experience in a manufacturing environment (B2B)
  • You understand digital marketing, its tools and platforms.
  • Bilingualism essential, French & English
  • Demonstrate patience and perseverance in undertaking a transformation and in order to move into the digital age!
