Soucy Track, world leader in rubber track systems for agricultural vehicles, is looking to add a new member to his warehouse facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Under the supervision of Head of Customer Experience, Tracks Systems, the employee will be responsible for supporting our Soucy Track customers by providing professional technical advice and a high level of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services. His/her main duties will be:
- Provide exceptional service to our customers by providing them guidance of installation and technical solutions related to track systems;
- Educating the client on how to use and/or maintain the product
- Perform maintenance and provide customer support
- Make regular follow up with customers to ensure their full satisfaction;
- Communicate relevant information to the engineering and after-sale service teams;
- Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working properly
- Provide support for development parts, testing and monitoring;
- Operate forklift truck and/or telehandler;
- Keep area neat, clean, orderly and in a safe condition at all times;
- Participate actively in continuous improvement activities;
- Provide the necessary information related to a repair or maintenance in order to have the customers account updated in our ERP (ex: serial numbers, parts needed, replaced);
- Participate in the achievement of departmental objectives by performing other related duties.
